Directions

  1. In a dutch oven saute ham and onions.
  2. Add potatoes to ham and onions. Saute until lightly browned.
  3. Scramble eggs.
  4. Pour in dutch oven with ham, onion and potatoes, stir continuously.
  5. When eggs are thoroughly cooked remove from heat and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Allow cheese to melt prior to serving.
