  • Clean and cut vegetables into small chunks and put in large bowl.
  • Add seasonings, sugar and vinegar and stir well.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours to blend the flavors.
  • The salad makes its own"dressing" from the juices.

  1. EVERYONE LOVED THIS and they didnt believe how EASY it was to make....no fancy ingredients....i Used a mandolin for the carrots and cucumber, a yellow onion, a tomato and lettuce....I didnt add any cauliflower or anything..this ROCKS.
     
  2. This marinated veggie salad is terrific for summer's fresh produce. My tomatoes were very large so I only used three. I did add a few other spices to the dressing mixture and I think with a salad like this the variations are endless. This would be perfect for a backyard party or picnic. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
