  1. Heat Oven to 350.
  2. combine all ingredients in a larget bowl. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
  3. in 13'x9" baking pan, shape loaf into 9x5 loaf in center of pan.
  4. bake 45-50 min or until medium doneness and juices run clear.
  5. let stand 5 min before slicing.
