  • Peel, core, seed and chop the tomatoes.
  • Place the tomatoes, green pepper, and the cucumber in electric blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Add the lemon juice, horseradish, red pepper sauce, dill, and ice cubes; blend 1 minute longer, or until smooth.

  1. I added a little onion and garlic. It wasnt like a V8 juice you buy in the store but it was a good tasting juice. My DH enjoyed it and he loves V8. Oh also added a little pepper and lemon pepper.

I love to cook. Since I quit smoking I have gained weight thus I am into low-fat recipes. The most important thing that I have learned is that if it is low-fat and has no taste why would you eat it. My goal is to have a cookbook filled with wonderful tasting recipes which are low-fat.
