  1. This was good, I used it as an appetizer. I didn't have any ouzo, so I used Sambucca. I was tempted to add calamatas to it, but my DH hates olives so I refrained. Thank you for posting it!

  2. We love Greek food and this was really good. The aroma in the house from the garlic and feta was divine! This is a keeper.

  3. Absolutely wonderful! Next time I'd add more shrimp as 1 lb wasn't really enough. I substituted chicken broth for the wine as I didn't have any on hand, and I think it turned out just fine. Served with some rice and a salad, this makes a fantastic meal! Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT4.

  4. This was a fabulous dinner. Only made 1/2 lb of shrimp for the 2 of us, but kept the amt of sauce the same (had a little extra sauce). Used canned tomatoes and sprinkled in some dried oregano. After cooking for 15 minutes, put in the broiler for 2 minutes. Then let it sit for about 5 minutes for the sauce to thicken (tasted better after it cooled at bit too). I did take photos but they turned out horrible. . . sorry! The dish is really great and I will make it again!
