Directions

  1. Blanch green beans until tender crisp.
  2. Flash in ice water to stop cooking.
  3. Fry bacon until crisp; chop into 1/2 " pieces; set aside.
  4. Mince garlic; put into a pyrex measuring cup with the butter.
  5. Microwave butter and garlic until butter is melted.
  6. Toss beans with garlic and butter in a skillet until heated through.
  7. Add bacon.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
