ingredients
- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
directions
- 1. Peel garlic cloves.
- 2. Blend all ingredients together.
- 3. Baste generously over meat as it cooks, can be applied more then once during cooking.
