Directions

  1. If using a head of cauliflower, wash & cut into pieces.
  2. Steam until soft in the microwave or on the stove.
  3. In a food processor (or mash by hand) mash cauliflower, butter, seasoning, garlic, salt & pepper.
  4. Mash until smooth. This can be done in two batches.
  5. Put in a serving bowl & serve warm.
  6. Top with parsley flakes for garnish, if desired.
