  1. In a small bowl combine salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
  2. Reserve 1/4 teaspoon mixture; sprinkle remaining mixture over steaks.
  3. In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  4. Add steaks; cook, until done to your liking.
  5. Transfer steaks to serving plate.
  6. In same skillet, add shallots and remaining salt mixture; cook, until softened.
  7. Add wine; boil 1 minute.
  8. Drizzle over steaks; sprinkle with parsley.
  9. I saute' some sliced mushrooms and onions and add to the top of these steaks,.
