Garlic Shimp With Alfredo Sauce

"This is a great recipe that I've learned! The sauce is so thick and creamy you probably won't have room for seconds! The shrimp is optional, but it makes a great accent to the sauce."

  1. So good and VERY filling! My husband loved it and so did my very picky 6 year old.

  2. I used precooked shrimp and gently warmed them, substituted whipping cream with fat free half and half to cut done on fat. I will use many time again. Thank you for sharing Miss May.

I'm a small town girl currently living in Southern Manitoba. I love to cook and owe it all to my mother. She immigrated to Canada from Vietnam, and I just love her traditional dishes. My father is French Canadian, and my DH is Ukrainian/Spanish, so needless to say, I get to cook a lot of different culinary dishes. My favorites, however, are Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, Italian and Greek.
