- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons parsley or 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 1⁄2 lbs tiger shrimp
directions
- Thaw and peel shrimp-refridgerate.
- In a large sauce pan, cut stick of butter into tablespoons, add 1 tsp red pepper flakes, garlic cloves. Heat over medium heat until butter is almost melted. Add shrimp. Sprinkle parsley or cilantro over the top cook over medium low heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring and flipping shrimp frequently.
