Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) container light cream cheese, suggested is Philadelphia roasted garlic
  • 14 cup nonfat milk

Directions

  1. COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. MASH potatoes with back of spoon or potato masher. Add cream cheese and milk; mix until well blended, leaving some potato pieces in chunks.
  3. Serve immediately.
