"I was looking for something to make for dinner as I had not made it to the store, and this is what I came up with. Nice and light and extremely flexible, add what suits your fancy! We enjoyed - hope you do too"

I am a single mom with a very picky son (10 years old) and I love to cook. My mother, who was blind from birth, taught me a lot about cooking and as I was a latchkey kid, started dinner a lot times. Before she died, she typed up all of her recipes that were in braille and I have been adding them to zaar slowly. Love to cook and I am always looking for a new take on old recipes. Love those small town Church Cookbooks! I recently became unable to work so I have taken my new found time to learn some new things. I never attempted yeast breads before (well did have a bread machine for bit- but that does not count) I have learned how to bake yeast breads using the recipes I have found here and learning as much as I can from the notes and reviews of others. I have also found out I get a good upper-body workout doing all that kneading! Thanks to all for posting some truly wonderful recipes and instructions.
