  1. Not our cup of tea, I'm afraid.

  2. I used Orange Roughy. Very easy to prepare and short cooking time. Ingredients usually found in home pantry. Excellent...very tasty. I did add 1 tbsp olive oil to butter and 1 tbsp each Parmesan and Romano. It was delicious.

  3. Easy - yes. Tender - yes. Good - no. Not for us, anyway. Followed the recipe exactly, but the combination of flavors just did not work together well. We ended up throwing this out.

  4. Very Good recipe to try for something a little different! I used my regular 1% milk and added a little parmesan to the bread crumbs! We don't like to do too much to our fish to over power it and we gave this recipe two thumbs up! thanks!

  5. Very yummy! My whole family loved it. Another 2-year old approved dish.

Tweaks

  1. Absolutely wonderful flavour! And the best thing about it was that my thirteen year old son made it himself - with a minimal bit of supervision from me! I made him add some salt and about two tablespoonfuls of grated mozzarella to the breadcrumb mixture, and substitute dried mint for the parsley. Some aroma it gave off!
