  1. Yum! I add a squeeze of lemon as well as a pinch of chilli flakes which seems to bring out the sweetness of the broccolini.

  2. Yum! Tasted just like the garlic broccolini I order at J Gilberts (a restaurant). Very easy and looks pretty on the plate. Now if I can just talk my hubby into eating the stalks along with the florets!

  3. This was my first ever victory against broccolini ;-), which proves that simplistic approach is the way to go here. Thank you.

  4. Delicious garlic flavor. I used three very large garlic cloves, simmered just four minutes, then added the broccolini to the pan about a minute or so after adding the garlic (we like our veggies more crisp than tender). Very good!

  5. Love this recipe! I prefer, however to use 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil and add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the end. Sooo yummy!
