  1. These were bright and colourful and tasted great. I forgot I din't have ginger but they were fine without, I sliced (rather than diced) the red pepper, and I scattered a bit of cilantro over them to serve. Thanks Rita.

  2. A fantastic way to quickly prepare fresh, crisp snowpeas. I cooked them for the 3 minutes and they were just perfectly done. Great recipe Rita.

  4. Very good recipe! Agree with BonnieZ, The crunch, color and flavor were fantastic. Served with shrimp fried rice. Thanks!

  5. AWESOME! I've made this twice. Neither time have I had any red pepper around, but it works fine without. I used fresh picked snow peas and my husband loves these. Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe.

Tweaks

  1. I served this recipe as a side to your Orange Marmalade Marinated Fish #87908 and it was the perfect accompanyment. I admit to using snap peas instead of snow peas, as I had a big bag of them on hand. I did halve the recipe and cut back the oil to 1 tsp and found that sufficient to saute the veggies along with 1 tbsp of water. Great flavor, crunch and colorful presentation. Thank you Rita for sharing the recipe.
