“An awesome steak marinade (works best with flank steak) from Fine Cooking Magazine #105. You really have to try this one! This recipe uses a food processor, however I prepared this by just finely mincing the ingredients and it is still remarkably delicious.”

Directions

  1. Combine parsley, mint, rosemary and garlic in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, salt & pepper and process until smooth.
  3. With the motor running, add olive oil in a thin stream.
  4. Pour marinade over steak and turn to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (I have done as little as 1 hour with good results) or overnight, turning occasionally.
