  1. I like this quite a bit. It is a thin dressing with a lot of flavor. I like the tartness. The only change I might make is to add a little more pepper, but that's a personal preference. I might use this in potato salad as an alternative to a mayonnaise dressing. Good stuff; thanks for posting! Congrats on your Football Pool win.

  2. Made for your *Football Pool* win, this is a good basic dressing that 1) Was easily made in a glass jar w/a tight cap & a *shake like hell* motion & 2) Also easily adjusts to suit pers pref. It can be used as is, w/honey added as Nimz suggested, w/rasp preserves added as a fruity vinaigrette or w/mayo added for a creamier version (just to name a few). There were initial ingredient amt issues that I see as unresolved. As it stands now, the yield volume is 2 cups (16 oz or 1/2 qt), but can be easily reduced to a 5 oz version as desired. Thx for sharing this recipe & *Congrats* on your Football Pool win. :-)

  3. Very interesting dressing. Was a little on the tart side so I might add some honey next time, but all in all we enjoyed it over a plain salad. The only thing I did differently was that I minced my garlic instead of crushing it. I used Flavored Rice Vinegar and Enova Oil. Thanks and Congrats on your football win :)
