ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup celery, diced
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 cup sweet onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, diced and seeded (I like to keep the skin on but your choice)
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water
- 1 tablespoon Italian dressing (your favorite)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups v 8 juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder (to taste)
- hot sauce, 4 dashes (or more)
directions
- Combine ingredients and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
