Directions

  1. Blend oil and vinegar.
  2. Add salt, garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Stir.
  4. Mix with olives and liquid, green chiles and liquid, tomatoes and onions.
  5. Chill several hours for flavors to mix.
  6. Serve cold with tortilla chips.
  7. Variation: Add 3 or 4 peeled, pitted and diced ripe avocados at serving time.
