  1. 1. Chop Chicken Breast into cubes and trim all fat.
  2. 2. Put sesame oil or olive oil into Wok or Pan to prevent sticking.
  3. 3. Season meat with Salt and Pepper while the meat cooks.
  4. 4. Once Chicken starts to brown on outside, add cashews and bamboo shoots.
  5. 5. Then add enough General Tso sauce to fully coat Mixture.
  6. 6. Put mixture over lettuce leaves and Enjoy!
  7. 7. I usually serve with sticky rice or veggies on the side!
