- 3 3 lbs flank steaks or 3 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup hot sauce
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a large Ziploc bag and add meat. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before grilling (preferably 6 hours).
