Georgia's Sunday Cabbage W/Cream Sauce

- 1 medium head of cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup cream, sauce (recipe included)

Cream sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup evaporated milk
directions
- Cut cabbage in pieces and boil for 15 minutes. Drain. Mix all other ingredients. Place cabbage in a baking dish and top sauce mixture with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 until bubbly (about 30 minutes.).
- Cream Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour until well mixed. Add milk and stir until thick.
