  • Combine eggs, flour, salt and 1/2 cup milk; beat until smooth.
  • Heat a 10 inch oven proof, non-stick skillet at 450F for 5 minutes or until hot. Add 1 tbls. butter, stirring to coat skiller; pour on batter.
  • Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir in 12/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup melted butter. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  • Reduce heat; add apples, and cook until tender.
  • Spoon hlf of mixture onto pancake.
  • Cut into wedges, and serve with remaining apple mixture.
