  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in 9-inch cast iron skillet.
  3. Blend eggs, baking mix, sugar, and milk.
  4. Pour into skillet and bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately loosen and remove from skillet.
  6. Meanwhile, melt butter in heavy saucepan.
  7. Add apples, sugars, and cinnamon.
  8. Cook over medium heat, stirring occassionally until applies are tender.
  9. Pour apples over pancake.
  10. Sift powdered sugar over top and serve.
