  • 1 cup mashed potato (don't add butter and milk)
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • milk
  • flour (enough to make a sticky dough)

Directions

  1. Note: Handle dough minmally.
  2. Turn onto floured counter and roll into a log.
  3. Cut with a floured knife.
  4. Use salted water for cooking.
  5. Eat them with a little melted butter on them.
  6. Yum!
