My cookie jar was empty and I wanted to try something different.I had a fresh orange that I had forgotten about in the refrigerator.I am so glad I decided on this recipe. I doubled it..The cookies are very flavorful ( we really like the ornage flavor)and nice and chewy..It is a definite keeper..Thank you for this recipe. I will be making them often...
