- 1⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup sugar, plus extra sugar for topping
- 1 tablespoon Egg Beaters egg substitute
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and shape into a giant cookie on a greased cookie sheet. Press a pretty pattern into the cookie with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
