  1. cook hamburger.
  2. drain hamburger.
  3. add spaghetti sauce to hamburger.
  4. spray pan with cooking spray.
  5. layer thin layer of sauce.
  6. layer noodles.
  7. layer sauce.
  8. layer cottage cheese.
  9. layer shredded cheese.
  10. continue until noodles are gone last layer should be shredded cheese.
  11. bake @ 350 for 1 hour covered.
  12. uncover and bake another 10-15 min until cheese is golden brown.
