  • Grind rice in a coffee grinder, blender, or magic bullet for 2 FULL minutes.
  • In a pan, mix together water, coconut milk, and rice powder.
  • Set on medium and stir constantly until thickened--15-20 minutes.
  • Serve with favorite toppings.
  • Freezes well, keeps in the fridge for 1 week.
