  1. These big guys satisfied all the chocolate chip cookie cravings in my house today....very good! I used a combination of semi-sweet and white chocolate chunks. This is a fun recipe that I'll be sure to make again....now if I can only find a container large enough to store them in!

  2. Excellent cookie! These came out soft & a little chewy, even after they had cooled. Thanks for posting! -M :-)

  3. These were really good! I added cashews to mine for something a little different. These had a nice buttery flavor and not too sweet. The only thing I didn't like about these was that they spread, which was pretty flat. Thank you!!!

  4. These were really good. I didn't flatten them before putting them in the oven and they somewhat flattened themselves during the baking process. They kind of had a nice shape to them when I took them out of the oven, and were pretty good.

  5. I've made chocolate chip cookies from scratch before, always good. These were fantastic!!! I didn't make giant ones, just regular size. My kids LOVED them, and they never "LOVE" anything I cook. Thanks for making me look so good.

I moved out here many, many years ago from Ottawa, Canada - so I am blessed in having two wonderful heritages! I suffer from compulsive obsessive behaviour with regard to food and my psychiatrist thought it would be a good idea to find a 'society' where many have the same problem and try to find a cure. So far, I've copied a couple of thousand recipes from this site and my psychiatrist has thrown the towel in and refuses to answer the phone when I call. What did I do wrong? Got 3 kids that keep me on the go - 10 and under at this point (2008) - I may not get round to updating this for a few years, so you'll have to do your own maths. I teach English full-time and Greek Cookery part-time. I would like to make the cooking part of it full-time and the English Grammar part of it part-time. That's all for now.
