- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3⁄4 cup cut up cherries, drained
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
directions
- Cream cheese and butter.
- Add eggs 1 at a time.
- Add sugar and vanilla mix well.
- Add flour and baking powder mix until everything is smooth.
- Add cherries and walnuts.
- Grease 3 -1 lb coffee cans with Pam spray.
- Divide batter into the coffee cans and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
