  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lay aluminum foil over a cookie sheet and spread the crackers out in rows.
  3. Melt butter in microwave. Stir in the brown sugar until congealed.
  4. Spread the butter/brown sugar mixture evenly over the crackers.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Take out and let them sit while you melt the chocolate chips in the microwave.
  7. Stir chocolate chips until smooth.
  8. Sread the melted chocolate over the crackers.
  9. Sprinkle chopped walnuts over chocolate.
  10. Rrefrigerate until set.
  11. Break into pieces.
