  • In a medium saucepan combine water and sugar. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger ale.
  • Pour ginger ale mixture into a 2 quart baking dish. Cover and freeze about 6 hours or until completely frozen, stirring after 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, break up mixture with a fork until fluffy.

I am a stay at home mom with 3 boys.I love to cook and bake and my youngest son who is 3 years old loves to help me.....I find whenever he does help out he is more willing to eat what we make so that is always a plus! I love to cook for my family when I have the time, it is a great way to get everyone together!
