Ginger Beef Steak With Dipping Sauce

"This is a great marinade for steak, which doubles as a dipping sauce. I love to eat this with brown rice and steamed brocolli and put the sauce on my rice! Yummy. This is good to make ahead to have for supper the next day. The marinade tends to burn in the pan, probably because of the sugar content. So, you have to watch that. We like our steaks rare, so they cook long enough on either side just to brown, not burn. Marinade can be doubled to accommodate more steaks."
