- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons gingerroot, minced
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 cup rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup tamari or 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄4 cup water
directions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until mixed well.
- Serve on top of salad, rice or your favorite dish.
- Enjoy.
