  1. Using electric mixer, cream butter,sugar and molasses; beat in eggs, one at a time.
  2. Beat in remaining ingredients; do not overmix.
  3. Cover dough and refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  5. Line baking sheets with parchment;form dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  6. Arrange on prepared sheets, spacing about 1 inch apart.
  7. Flatten slightly with palm of hand.
  8. Bake until just firm to touch, 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. Cool completely on rack.
