  • Take a 14 oz jar of ginger maramlade, and 1 - 2 pints of dark rum. Start with 1 pint, and see if you would like a more rummy taste. If so, add more rum.
  • Mix well.
  • Let it sit for an hour. Stir.
  • Filter this, first using a sieve over a bowl, and secondly filter it using coffee filters.
  • Pour this into a bottle using a funnel.
