  • Slice steak into 1/4" thick slices . Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add ginger and stir fry for one minute. Add steak and stir fry for 3 minutes, or until steak is cooked through. Remove steak and keep warm.
  • Add carrots, peppers, water chesnuts, snow peas, orange rind and cinnamon. Stir fry for three minutes, then add steak back inches.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir ino steak and vegetable mixture until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Serve immediately.
