- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon bottled garlic
directions
- Mix together in salad shaker and serve over lettuce and tomatoes.
