  1. We've made this twice now. The first time, I thought the ginger overpowered the dish. The second time, I used half the amount of fresh ginger and thought it was a perfect balance and really enjoyed it. My 5 star rating is based on my modification. The dish is incredibly easy to prepare. I will definitely be making this again. I served it with miso salmon.

  2. I liked it but maybe I would have liked it better with the ginger mixed with everything at first. So if I do it again, the ginger will be added with all ingredients, then in oven :) Thanks Bev :) Made for Market tag.

  3. I prepped this earlier in the day and threw everything (except the ginger) in a ziplock in the refrigerator until dinner time. This made a really simple side dish even simpler. (I'm not called lazy by chance!). The beans were perfect and the ginger added just the right amount of pizzaz. Thanks for another great recipe, Bev.
