Directions

  1. First drain and wrap tofu. You need to get it very dry.
  2. Cut the tofu in quarters before wrapping.
  3. Prepare the marinade by combining pineapple juice, ginger, garlic, tamari, sesame oil, honey, pepper and half the spring onions in a bowl.
  4. When tofu is ready unwrap and place in a flat dish and cover with the marinade.
  5. Allow to marinate as long as possible. 30 minutes minimum.
  6. Drain off some of the marinade and place in hot oven (200C/400F) for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve immediately garnished with spring onions.
