Ginger Sauce

"If you have ever had the ginger sauce at Kobes Japanese Steakhouse, this is the duplicate. It's wonderful for dipping shrimp, or over Easy Sticky Rice. My grandchildren dip anything in this sauce! A food processor or a great blender, and a scale are needed for this recipe. This is best made a day in advance."

I am a Grandma who loves to cook. My husband & I live in Minnesota, but go to California for the winter. I had a liver transplant 11/29/01, and am now doing GREAT, thanks to a family who donated organs after their loved one died. PLEASE BECOME A ORGAN DONOR. THANKS!
