“This is an awesome Spicy/Sweet/Savory Asian Sauce that can be used either to dress up a salad (served cold), or even a bland meat dish (like a marinade or sauce). I found this recipe on Epicurious (originally from "Bikini Bootcamp") but modified it according to the users recommendations and my own knowledge of various vinegars. If you do not have the vinegars called for here, you can substitute apple cider vinegar plus a little sugar. This has terrific flavor, and both my picky husband and my young children all love it!”
