Although I halved the recipe for husband and me, this was delicious! We especially liked the green beans, which are not normally used in stir-frys: I found those baby beans, which are great in this recipe. I went a little lighter on the pepper flakes! Your quantities are very well calculated, and I guess you're a highly accomplished cook -- or chef?? Thanks a span!!
