  1. What a yummy tomato salad, very different! I left out the honey (personal preference). I loved the raw ginger in it, but it could be strong for some people. Thanks for this new variation on tomato salad.

  3. I'm not rating this as I subbed balsamic vinegar and maybe that was an error, the dressing totally overpowered the tomato. Omitted the scallion. It looked really pretty though.
     
  4. This makes an amazing side dish. We had it with tilapia, swiss chard, and whole wheat bread with sun dried tomato infused olive oil for dipping. I will definitely be making this recipe repeatedly-especially in the summer.
