  1. FInely chop the turkey.
  2. Chop the apple .
  3. Reserve a teaspoon of the orange juice. Mix the rest of the juice with the apples.
  4. Mince the celery.
  5. Combine the turkey,apples,celery,and nuts.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ginger,and juice.
  7. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the turkey mixture. Refrigerate.
