  • Mix ingredients in order listed, dissolving soda in boiling water.
  • Bake in an 9 x 13 glass pan, which has been greased and floured at 350° for 40 minutes.

  1. I work for a childcare and I used this recipe as a cooking project for a bunch of two year olds! The Gingerbread was GREAT tasted like a big soft cookie! I put ours in loaf pans and it worked just great. Cooking with molasses and 11 kids is a whole other story!!haha

I returned to the states from Australia in 2002. My husband and I have 10 children between us and only one child left at home. I love my job and I work at the Kennedy Space Center. I love to do craft things but don't have a lot of time to do them.
