  • Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the remaining ingredients. Fill a mini-muffin pan about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

  2. Made for PAC 2010. It doesn't get any easier then this :) I didn't have any small muffin tins so I made 12 regular size muffins and baked them for 15 minutes. I sprinkled them with a little icing sugar just for looks. I live at normal altitude and this worked fine for me. Very tasty.
