  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
  • 14 cup unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 3 -4 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded candied ginger

Directions

  1. Shred the candied ginger as finely as you can and set aside.
  2. Beat all remaining ingredients in medium bowl to soft peaks.
  3. Fold in the shredded ginger.
  4. Cover and chill up to 4 hours.
